Running from the 31st of December 2018 to the 27th of January 2019, the Summer Festival will be held at the State Library of Queensland! The fantastic festival will cover elements of art, stories and play, and will provide excellent learning and development opportunities for children of all ages!

This is an all ages festival, with both free and ticketed events are available!



Free drop-in activities and spaces include the Story Salon, Story Lab Studio, Play Publishing Hub, Cardboard Castles in the Corner & Hickory Dickory Rock.

Free workshops are also offered, but bookings are essential and can be made via the event website.

Story Lab Workshops are sure to be a big hit, with Robot Racers, Future Architecture, and Interactive Story Maps on offer! These are paid events and more information can also be found via the event website. They are a great opportunity for kids to learn some fantastic new skills!
