This summer the City Recital Hall will be showcasing both live and online musical events. There is something for everyone with the list below:
1. A Little Lunch Music: Brahms Horn Trio
When: Wednesday, 13 January 2021: 12:30pm-1:30pm
Cost: $19pp
Details: This classical music concert will showcase Brahms, the master of drawing sonic richness and emotional diversity. The concert will feature horn, violin and piano that resonate with one another in lyrical and dramatic expression.

2. Casey Donovan in Concert
When: Monday, 18 January 2021: From 7:30pm
Cost: Tickets start from $71.10pp
Details: Youngest ever winner of Australian Idol, Casey Donovan will be bringing her powerhouse vocals this January to the City Recital Hall stage together with Daniel Edmonds and their superstar band for an assortment of iconic hits, including music from Eva Cassidy, Billy Joel, Ed Sheeran, Adele, Beyonce, and more.

3. Teddy Tahu Rhodes & Guy Noble
When: Saturday, 23 January 2021: From 11:30am & from 2:30pm
Cost: Adults: $49pp, City Recital Hall Members: $43pp & Concession: $43pp
Details: Acclaimed baritone Teddy Tahu Rhodes joins popular pianist and conductor Guy Noble for a concert packed with favourite arias and songs. The concert will feature powerful and rapturous songs and delicate classical arias.

4. Tabula Rasa
When: Tuesday, 9-14 February 2021
Cost: Tickets range from $49-$149pp
Details: Estonian Arvo Part is one of the most performed and influential living composers. Written while Estonia was under Soviet-control, his
Tabula Rasa (Latin for a clean slate) seeks spirituality and independence. The concert expresses the beauty of freedom and the natural world.

5. A Little Lunch Music: An Enchanted Afternoon
When: Tuesday, 16 February 2021
Cost: $19pp
Details: Daniel Belle performs musical theatre show tunes and spectacular operatic numbers from productions including
Turandot,
Les Miserables,
West Side Story, and
Guys and Dolls.

6. Voyage of Musical Discovery 1: Motivic Development
When: Wednesday, 17 February 2021
Cost: $55pp
Details: Australian Romantic & Classical Orchestra musicians Rachael Beesley & Nicole van Bruggen will take the audience through Bruch's compositional methods as well as exploring how he develops motifs- he takes tunes and themes from Swedish folk music and develops them into magical orchestral work.

7. Illuminate/ Bruch, Britten & Tchaikovsky
When: Friday, 19 February 2021
