I travel the coast of California looking for adventure with my parents and three siblings. I watch nature with a close eye and am always ready to climb, run, or swim to get the interest of readers.

Birthday parties? In a place with wild animals? Really?

Sulphur Creek is a wonderful nature observation center. A great enjoyment for the whole family, Sulphur Creek is filled with fun, lively animals to learn about.

There are coyotes, snakes, owls, and many other animals that are local to the US. Plus there is a Live Owl Cam on the website - check it here.

The animals that live here are cared for by volunteers every day. You can volunteer too if you are thirteen or older.

There are also several walking paths behind the park area, but they are closed if it has rained recently. Thee is an inside animal habitat where there are opportunities (if you come at the right time) to see the animals outside of their cages.

Check out the website to see when these activities take place.

Overall, this it the perfect place to get connected with nature.
