Sue is an elderly housecat whose life is turned upside down when her owner gets a new kitten named Tai. At first, Sue is unimpressed, but then she takes the little guy under her wing (or paw?) and teaches him about life in his new home.

Sue And Tai-Chan is a sweet comic by Konami Kanata, the author of Chi's Sweet Home, which is also about cats. The illustrations are stylised but they capture cat behaviour and body language accurately. There is not much of a story, just little episodes in the daily life of the two cats, which is refreshing in its simplicity.

Sue and Tai-Chan is a very cute, quick read, which would make a good present for a cat lover.
