You have to have a sweet tooth to enjoy the offerings of this newly opened establishment in Balmain called Sucre. It just popped out at me as I was passing through. I tried some melted chocolate (similar concept to Max Brenner) and it was so strong that I did not need any lunch after all. That did it.
I am telling all of my chocolate friends that a pure chocolate indulgence establishment actually exists, and remember to always ask for plenty of water. Did not know cocoa could be this strong.
Trendy and well presented, and an inviting establishment. The service is fast and friendly, maybe that little bit too friendly, that and a sweet chocolate concoction, and many locals and visitors to Sydney would be forgiven for thinking that they have landed themselves into chocolate heaven. Might be a good idea to come here for coffee next time.
