Choo La La presents Suburban Showgirls: Decades, running as part of Adelaide Fringe Festival at Main Hall at Woodville Town Hall on March 6th & 7th at 8pm. This adult's only burlesque show is part of the Adelaide Fringe Festival.
The show Suburban Showgirls: Decades presents a show that travels through time. The show will highlight the sexiest songs of each decade, starting at the roaring 20s and moving all the way through to today. This show is a cocktail of raunchy, powerful and confident women who together will dance through the decades using sexy costumes, ranchy choreography and fun, friendship and confidence. This show also features a special guest appearance from The Boo La La boys.
The women of Choo La La are everyday women they are mothers, women who work, cook, clean and now dance. Choo La La lets everyday women shine and not only that, they are a family who supports each other, living by the motto of 'We dance, we sweat, we support, we encourage'.
The Suburban Showgirls: Decades show features classes from all over Adelaide including Fullarton, Gawler, Tea Tree Gully, Craigmore Hahndorf and Old Reynella. These women learn their routines in seven - ten-week blocks and then perform them on stage. They have the option to perform in up to five shows a year and are always looking for new women to join their family, no previous dance experience is required.
