Sublime Point Lookout – Leura



Imagine a place where you can enjoy the same breathtaking views of the valleys and plateaus of the Blue Mountain ranges in peaceful solitude, away from all the buzz and overcrowding of Echo Point, Katoomba.



Feel on top of the world as you stand on the edge of the escapement and marvel at the stunning 180-degree views of the Jamison Valley below, Kings Tablelands to the east, Mount Solitary in the middle and to the far west in the distance, you can appreciate a different perspective of the Three Sisters.

Having only seen the front view of the Three Sisters from Echo Point, it was really refreshing and exciting once we realised it was the back view of the Three Sisters, wow, amazing!



Sublime Point Lookout is located at the end of Sublime Point Road, Leura. From the car park, there's an easy 100m track descending to a picnic area. The stairs to the left take you down to a bridge crossing over the ravine before reaching the lookout platform, where you can get the most spectacular views.

There are no toilet amenities here. We usually provision an amenities stop at Wentworth Falls Town Centre and to grab a coffee and amazing pastry from Bakery Patisserie Schwarz before arriving at the lookout.
