There are many lookouts that capture you, steal your breath away and completely mesmerise you by the breathtaking views....At times it can be overwhelming and Sublime Lookout situated at Bulli Tops in the Wollongong region does exactly this.
The lookout offers 180 degree view over the mysterious sea, extravagant lush rainforest and seventeen beaches that span the coastline to Wollongong.

One of the many amazing views from the Lookout...
As you stand at the Lookout you cannot help but notice all the padlocks across the fencing. All along the metal fences people have placed these padlocks in the memory of a loved one or a celebration of an engagement; regardless the meaning it is captivating to know that this Lookout is significant to many people – well with views like this it is understandable!
As far as the eyes can take you, row after row, the beaches are lined up perfectly. The view of the ocean leaves you in awe and no matter what the weather is like the view does not fail to impress.

The padlocks along the fencing of the Lookout...
I have been on both a sun shining day and an overcast day and I must say on an overcast day the ocean gives off a hauntingly beautiful mysterious vibe.
There is plenty of parking, BBQ areas to sit back and enjoy a lunch, with shelter and picnic tables or you can find that romantic spot on the grass to set out that picnic blanket and impress that someone special!

Another spectacular view...
There is a cafe on site too (Sublime Point Cafe), which is opened from Wednesday to Sunday for breakfast and lunch only. I have not tried it personally, but the menu does look appealing and will be on my food places list to try!
This Lookout is a must see and will undoubtedly not fail to impress!
