Studio Solo & Co is strategically located in Toombul Shopping Centre Brisbane, just opposite Coles supermarket. Solo Coffee specialises in making great coffee. The cafe has its own beans roaster to guarantee the freshness of the coffee and to extract the full flavours from the beans.

Studio Solo Cafe Menu.

Studio Sole Cafe offers a reasonably priced menu including breakfast, morning tea, brunch, lunch and afternoon tea. There are vegan, gluten-free and vegetarian options.

Raisin Toast for $2.50; scone served with cream and jam $4.50 and smashed avocado on toast with feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, walnut and lemon-infused olive oil.

Egg Benny, a classic dish served with bacon or smashed salmon, poached eggs, avocado, baby spinach and signature house-made Hollandaise sauce for about $18; Bircher Muesli, with toasted muesli, served with low-fat Greek yogurt and seasonal fruits; and Signature Waffle $15, with house-made waffle served with ice cream and seasonal fruits.

Inside the cabinet, there are sweet pastries including caramel tarts, in house baked cheesecake, lemon delicious, lemon tarts, cherry ripe slices, pecan tarts, pineapple slices, lemon coconut-raw and vegan, salt caramel (gluten-free and vegan), pecan salted caramel (gluten-free), chocolate brownie (gluten-free), carrot cake (gluten-free), blackberry crumble slices, pear raspberry, banana bread, butterscotch muffin, orange poppy seed and apple crumble.

In the savoury section, you find sausage rolls, ham and cheese croissants, chicken cheese pesto and many more different sandwiches. There is something to satisfy everyone and for different types of appetites.

The coffee menu includes Short Black, Short Macchiato, Piccolo, Affogato, Long Black, Latte, Cappuccino. Milk includes lactose-free milk, soy milk, almond, coconut, macadamia milk. There are also organic teas like English breakfast, Green Chai and Peppermint.

The coffee at Studio Solo

The coffee is part of everyday experience for many people. From a wake-up coffee, to a relaxing coffee or to share the experience with friends, the coffee at Studio Solo is high quality and delicious. Choose your own coffee and there are many milk options.

The shelves are full of coffee that you can take home to brew a great cup of coffee full of flavours.

I was at Toombul Shopping Centre and after sorting out all my errands, I decided to have a coffee. I spotted Studio Solo & Co, just opposite Coles supermarket. The cafe was relatively busy; a few people were ordering takeaway coffee as well as people ordering food. After a short queue, I ordered a latte with lactose-free milk. The service was fast, friendly and efficient.

I sat at the table enjoying my coffee, which was delicious. The workers of Studio Solo were busy behind the coffee machine preparing coffee, taking orders and delivering orders to the customers.

The cafe has tables and chairs inside the premises. The bench is located at the far end of the cafe, where there is the register and the coffee machine. Nice lights are hanging from the ceiling which add to the luminosity of the place.

The cafe can be quite busy but when I sat down, there was just me and my coffee and I could relax.
