I'm a grandmother, a retired teacher, an avid reader who loves historical re-enactment, English Country Dance, writing and Op Shopping. My business www.StepIntoHistory.com.au is designed to help children experience history through school incursions.
Since I discovered the Reflexology Walk at
Woolcott Park, I've been determined to find the one I had noticed on the southside. I finally found it just off Beenleigh Road at Stretton.

You wouldn't guess it's surrounded by houses.
It is an interesting looking path in a great park, but oooh - much more painful. These pebbles are placed side on rather than flat and rounded. I found it quite unpleasant. In fact my feet still felt odd an hour later. The path is bordered by creek like planting. Perhaps there is water at times.

From Lexton St
The park itself has plenty to recommend it. A playground in very nicely planted surroundings, picnic tables and a barbecue and a water tap.

A small but well kept playground.
There is also a basketball court which is in good condition and a fitness trail.
.

Have a game or practice your shots.
Nestled between Cleveland Place and Lexton St it would be a perfect spot for an early morning or evening nature stroll.

A peaceful place to sit and ponder.
