Yoga has hit the suburbs
As you can probably glean from my previous article, I am already a big fan of Stretch Yoga, and their Albert St Studio in the city. However, since I don't work everyday in the city, its location always posed a problem for me and I hadn't been able to easily get there to try them out again. So imagine my delight when I heard Stretch Yoga are opening a studio in Holland Park.
They are holding a Free Open Day from 8am on Saturday 5th September, which you can use to check out their funky new studio, located just above the Rare Pear on Logan Rd, where they'll be holding a variety of free classes throughout the morning, including some Hip Hop Yoga, Children's Yoga, Teen's Yoga and many more.
Open Day with free yoga classes from 8am 10th September 2015
Due to the incredible popularity of the morning, new classes have been added - but you will have to register quickly to secure your spot in one of the free morning classes. See here for details and to register.
The new Holland Park studio will boast all the same wonderfully energising classes as the city studio, like Simple Stretch, Deep Stretch and Flow-and-Deep, but will also add a variety of new class styles, many of which are being showcased throughout the Open Day.
Although not often told to hurry in anything yoga-related, registering for the Stretch Yoga Open Day at Holland Park is definitely one thing worth hurrying for.
