The families of Happy Valley and Woodcroft know one of the best places to enjoy this treat is the annual Strawberry Fair at The Vines Uniting Church, Woodcroft. They have flocked here for over 100 Years.
Commencing at 5.30pm on the last Friday night in November, it is a great family outing. Feed the family economically and healthily. Head to the hot potato stall and select from a range of toppings on a yummy baked spud. Sizzling sausages in bread or hotdogs are other dinner choices that are bound to please.
The carpark on the corner of Rolton Avenue and Reynell Road is packed with stalls and bargains. Browse the white elephant, plants and books then sit on the lawn and delight your taste buds with a plate of strawberries and ice cream.
