Don't tear your hair out mum and dads, here's another activity you can enjoy at home with the kids. Storytime at HOME is presented by the City of Stonnington's Library and information Service and you'll find the full list of Storytime at Home Sessions via the link given. The good news with it being online is that anyone from anywhere can access it and enjoy storytime for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers, featuring stories, songs and rhymes. Presented by the wonderful children's team, there's plenty to hold their attention.

For lovers of stories, books and film, be sure to follow the Library on Instagram for updates and other activities. If you're wanting more, you can get more stories online via the Story Box Library, with your subscribing library card barcodes. Listen and watch your favourite stories read by some of the best storytellers and celebrities. The older preschool and primary aged children can enjoy this section and get excited about reading. Inspire their imaginations while improving their language and literacy skills, while they're having fun doing it.

If movies and documentaries are what you're all about for the even older kids, there are FREE movies and documentaries to stream on Beamafilm. Watch for free with your library member card. The titles you see in the image below are new this month and there are hundreds of other titles to choose from, including movies for the kids. It's too easy. Just choose Stonnington Libraries (or any other library you're with as they might be registered as well) on the website, register for a beamafilm account and start watching.

With so many cool ideas and activities, be sure to follow the library on all social media links given. If you're not with the City of Stonnington, it pays to check with your local library's website as they might have a plethora of activities on offer as well.
