A food truck fiesta to warm up your winter Sunday
The Stones Corner precinct has recently been reinvigorated as one of Brisbane's go-to destinations for foodie and craft beer experiences, as the success of the Stones Corner Festival over the last 2 years has demonstrated. Not satisfied with a once-a-year event to demonstrate its foodie creds, Stones Corner Hotel has now introduced Food Truck Laneway Sundays on the third Sunday of each month to inject a regular flavour hit to this historic area.
The organising team already have 2 successful Laneways under their belt and your next opportunity presents itself on Sunday 16 August from 3pm to 8pm in the carpark and laneway behind the landmark Stones Corner Hotel.

You'll be well-catered for with heaters, outdoor seating and twinkling fairy lights, so the August winds shouldn't present a problem. You can settle in and be entertained by some of Brisbane's finest busking talent including Matt Barnes, John Oh, The Jollie Angelinas and Shane Fell. Please note that the carpark is unlicensed but you can also venture inside the pub, food truck delights in hand, to try their wide range of craft beers and ciders on tap, as well as some warming wines.
The pub will also be home to live music from local singer/songwriter Donnelle Brooks. And if that's not enough you can stay for the FREE Open-Mic Comedy from 6:30pm, courtesy of the Sit Down Comedy Club with Guest MC Mike Van Acker.
