What would you think of running around the Botanical Gardens screaming "I love it" with a bunch of friendly people after 100 squats? Not so much a love declaration but a statement to get fit and feel better. This week I tried a fun work out at Stone Fitness Bootcamp.If you like pushing hard and dream about being fit maybe you should try this out.

It starts with 100 jumping jacks and then follows hundreds of any exercise you can imagine. This military like fitness program got my thumbs up for two reasons:
1. It's outdoors so you get to enjoy the view of the Botanical Garden and scent a bit of nature
2. It will boost your fitness levels in no time.

Be aware if you don't like motivational talks, screaming and chanting, if you are too shy or don't like to be pushed you may not like the style.

Why? Get fit outside
When: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6:30-7:30am or 6-7pm Saturdays 8-9am
Where: Botanical Gardens, at the end of Swan Street
