Stokehouse Q's limited edition Easter Bombe is back - and there's two of them!
Due to popular demand Head Chef of Stokehouse Q, Matt Wood, has created two limited edition versions of restaurant's signature dessert, The Bombe to celebrate Easter 2016.
The Bombe is now a much anticipated Easter tradition at the iconic riverside restaurant. The two limited edition Easter Bombes are:
Matt said the decision to change up the classic last year was a big moment for Stokehouse Q, as the dessert hadn't swayed from the original recipe since the restaurant opened in 2011. "It's our signature dish which is always available on the Stokehouse Q dessert menu, so we weren't sure if our fans would like us messing with the favourite, but last year's flavours were so popular we just had to do it again," says Matt.
Complementing the two Easter Bombes is the Liquid Bombe - Stoke Bar's own liquid creation made with vanilla vodka, white chocolate liqueur, wild strawberry liqueur, strawberry syrup, white chocolate, freeze dried strawberries and meringue. This version, along with the Original Bombe will be available from April 3 - 30.
