Looking for something to do on Sunday 28th October 2012?
Spend the day on Stockton beach enjoying the great atmosphere and doing a great service for the community.
Stockton Beach, a major part of the Worimi Conservation Lands, holds an annual clean up day.
The day is a great way to help protect one of Australia's most beautiful beaches. Each year the National Parks and Wildlife Service seeks volunteers from the community and regular beach users to help pick up rubbish left over from inconsiderate beach users as well as rubbish washed ashore. Due to recent weather conditions, the beach needs your help.
By registering with NPWS on 02 49848200 you can obtain a free Beach Vehicle Permit for the day as well as a Sausage Sizzle. There will also be chances to win great prizes on the day.
