Cafe reflects an international wine-bar or artists' salon
Stirling Cellars and Patisserie is located at 5 Jonson Street, Stirling, next to Romeos Foodland IGA. The bottle-shop combined restaurant is a unique venue which a distinctly 'Adelaide Hills' character and cosmopolitan atmosphere.
The patisserie is a somewhat bohemian space where you can enjoy a Cornish pasty, pizza, authentic Bruschetta or mini-tart along with tea and coffee. The set-up represents a combination of luxury and casual, with high wooden benches, pendant lights and bench style seating around the perimeter.
The majority of the space is occupied by the cellars. These are devoted to wine and craft beer sales. The range is impressive and in addition to alcohol, I noticed gourmet cheeses and other delicacies available in the refrigerator.
The Patisserie is open Monday to Friday: 7.30 am 4.30 pm, and weekends 8.00 am 5.00 pm, however, the cellar may continue to sell wine until 9 pm on weekdays and 10 pm on weekends.
