Vietnamese Sticky Rice with Toasted Chicken Wings (Xoi Ga) Recipe
Materials:
- 500 g sticky rice
- 4 chicken wings
- 125g soy beans
- 4 branch coriander, cut into pieces
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- ΒΌ teaspoon pepper
- Onion, garlic, salt, cooking oil
Directions:
- Wash rice & soy beans, put a little salt in and then cook.
- Marinate chicken wing with soy sauce, onion, garlic, pepper and honey for about 20 minutes. Heat the grill and toast chicken wings until become golden.
- Decorate with coriander and serve hot.
