Vietnamese Sticky Rice with Toasted Chicken Wings (Xoi Ga) Recipe

500 g sticky rice
4 chicken wings
125g soy beans
4 branch coriander, cut into pieces

2 teaspoons honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
teaspoon pepper
Onion, garlic, salt, cooking oil


Wash rice & soy beans, put a little salt in and then cook.
Marinate chicken wing with soy sauce, onion, garlic, pepper and honey for about 20 minutes. Heat the grill and toast chicken wings until become golden.
Decorate with coriander and serve hot.
