Vietnamese Sticky Rice with Toasted Chicken Wings (Xoi Ga) Recipe

500 g sticky rice
4 chicken wings
125g soy beans
4 branch coriander, cut into pieces

2 teaspoons honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
teaspoon pepper
Onion, garlic, salt, cooking oil


Wash rice & soy beans, put a little salt in and then cook.
- Marinate chicken wing with soy sauce, onion, garlic, pepper and honey for about 20 minutes. Heat the grill and toast chicken wings until become golden.
- Decorate with coriander and serve hot.
