Toffee and honeycomb crunch on top and soft and cakey on the inside. This little mouthful was just the treat I needed after a long one and a half hour drive from Melbourne to do a client photoshoot in the next town.
Made a quick stop at Yarragon and discovered a pretty little town with quite a few cafes. Exploring the main street, I ventured down the walkway, which is when I discovered Sticcado Cafe!
So glad I dropped in. The honeycomb cake was delicious with a texture of a sticky date pudding but with crunchy toffee and honeycomb on top. Made in-house I ordered my daily chai fix to go with it!
So if your heading out to Gippsland be sure to make a pitstop or detour at Yarragon! You will fall in love with the quaint main street.
