Old school songs in an old school hall by two of Australia's best Americana artists.

Award-winning songwriters and stellar vocalists, Steve Grady and Megan Cooper, are joining forces for a special night of vintage music, inspired by the great music hall artists of the 50s and 60s.

This anticipated concert event is part of this year's exciting Brisbane Fringe program and will take place at the Windsor School of Arts.

Held for one night only, on Saturday 15th August from 7pm, this concert event will feature exquisite renditions of old-school favourites by the likes of Cash, Williams and Presley.

Both Steve and Megan have a great passion for the foundations of the alt-country movement and audiences can expect elegant harmonic sweetness, reworks of the artists' own tunes and reinterpretations of great song book standards.

The opening act is Folk / Alt. Country band, The Mighty Kind, featuring Ash Constance and Trevor Tolton.

Steve Grady & Megan Cooper will then be joined by The Teneriffe Two, one of the best rhythm sections this side of the delta, in a homage to early rock 'n' roll and Americana.

Tickets for this concert event are now on sale through Sticky Tickets and are priced $15 pp (plus booking fee).
