Get fit supporting kids with cerebral palsy

It kicked off on September 3rd but it's not too late to register! Take10,000 steps a day for 28 days and raise funds to support children with cerebral palsy.

Steptember is an international event and you're not limited to walking - you can surf, run, dance or swim, practice tai chi, yoga or karate, play rugby, AFL or tennis. The list is very open-ended, provided your body is moving every day!

Cerebral Palsy (CP) is a group of permanent, life-long conditions affecting a person's ability to move, caused by damage to the developing brain either during pregnancy or shortly after birth.
The goal of Steptember is to raise money to support the endeavours of the Cerbral Palsy Alliance who ensure the children, teens and adults with CP can live an independent and full life.

If you'd like to take part in Steptember go to their website and register.

Alternatively, you can support Steptember by sponsoring friends and family or by making a donation.
