Put your best foot forward

It's time to put all those step aerobics classes you took to the ultimate test. On 21st April 2013, Perth will be stepping up for MS climbing 1103 steps to the top of Perth's tallest building, Central Park. That's 4.55 one way Jacob's Ladders.

Are you up for the challenge?

Last year the event raised $155,000 and in 2013 the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Western Australia are aiming for a whopping $200 000 to help people living with multiple sclerosis (MS).

MS is a chronic neurological disease that affects 23,000 Australians, for which there is no cure. On average 16 people are diagnosed with MS each month in Western Australia alone.

To be a part of this very worthy cause, register at but get in quick as places are limited.

There'll be a variety of prizes on the day for champions of each age category, best dressed team, fundraising champions and many more.

I'll see you there. Ready, set, STEP!
