This recipe is probably the easiest that there is. This recipe is for "steamed zucchini".

All that you need to do is:
1 Cut zucchini in slices.
2 Place on a microwavable plate.
3 Sprinkle some cheese.
4 Salt and pepper (optional).
5 Red hot flakes (optional).
6 Microwave for 6 minutes.
Voila!
The dish is good for getting some vegetables into your kid's diet if they are picky.
Personally, I could consume plate after plate of steamed zucchini!
It is zucchini season here in the United States. Be sure, especially, to take advantage of side road stands and farmer's markets.
I used cheddar cheese in this recipe, but mozzarella is even better!
Do you like other spices? Use whatever spices that you like!
This is good to prepare if you need a big batch of a side dish.
Other options for this are to use various salad dressings or vinegar and oil.
