Mother's Day is coming up. What do you have planned? If that little question caused you some anxiety, perhaps this will help.

This year take her to the hills and enjoy a good old fashioned train ride on the famous Puffing Billy. If the steady chug of the train and the beautiful scenery doesn't have her sitting back and relaxing, perhaps a glass of wine over the natter platter, will.



The 'Steam & Cuisine Luncheon Train' departs at 12.30pm and arrives at Lakeside Station located in Emerald Lake Park an hour later. As a special treat all mums traveling on the Steam & Cuisine Luncheon Train on Mother's Day on Sunday 12 May, will receive a complimentary flower.

Select from a three course menu ($89.00 adult fare per person) which includes tea or coffee and the train journey from Belgrave to Lakeside return. Local wines are available to buy en route.
Alternatively you may choose to graze over the Natter Platter ($68.00 adult fare per person) - a great meal to share and this also includes the train ride.

Puffing Billy Railway can cater for vegetarians, gluten free, celiacs and diabetics in the three course meal option, but not for the natter platter. You must let them know at least 72 hours beforehand.

What a glorious way to spend some quality time with your mum, bring the whole family, it will be something special.
