Freshness on a weekend
Ah, the suburb they named a hotel after - Subiaco. Its a hip, cool place that people love to hang out, eat, drink and be merry. But did you know that there's a weekend market along Station Street?

Conveniently located next to the Subiaco train station and with free parking at Subi Centro, locals in the area throng to the Station Street Market for their weekly groceries, as well as food. The 45 stalls in the market supply fresh produce at very reasonable rates.

There's almost a whole functioning market there (except for a seafood section) with fruit and veggies grocers, a butcher, 2 bakeries and a dried foods stall.

If you are out to pick bargain(s), turn up at 4.30pm on Sunday.

Other than shopping for groceries, there's also a well-sized food court with 13 international cuisine stalls to pick from.

Getting there is easy. Open Fridays to Sundays, 7am to 5.30pm.
