Sometimes you want to go, where everybody knows your name
I love Station Stop in Parkdale, this place is a little slice of heaven, and here's why...everybody knows my name. Yes, it is a little conceited and maybe a bit cliche, but there is nothing nicer than going to get my morning coffee and being greeted by name with a huge smile.
Although I'm usually rushing through for a takeaway, I like the atmosphere under the heaters on the street with people stopping to say hello, kids eating cake and drinking babychinos and everyone brings their dog.
There's another thing I like about Station Stop and that is the bright, cheerful orange colour that tells you that you are nowhere else but this bright little cafe in Parkdale. Even the coffee machine is branded and I love this touch, it tells me that I am somewhere that cares about who they are.
In a rush? This is one cafe that has you covered, just call up and make your order, they'll have it ready for you and you can pay and get on your way - it's one way to make sure you have your morning coffee but also get the early train!
