Establishing your own kitchen garden is a great way to provide yourself with fresh produce, but it can be difficult to know how to start. The Starting a Kitchen Garden workshop to be held on Sunday 13 September 2020, from 1.30pm – 4pm at Little Sprouts Kitchen Garden at the Adelaide Botanic Gardens, will show you how to do it. This is one of a series of workshops aimed to teach participants how to maintain their own kitchen garden.

In this workshop, participants will learn about the layout of the garden and how to make the best of what is available to them. Also covered in the workshop is what plants can be grown in a kitchen garden and how to ensure they stay healthy, including how to propagate your own plants.
