The Starlight Express Room at Level 1 Adelaide Women's and Children Hospital (WCH) is a place where Captain Starlight can brighten up a child's day by offering his own brand of fun and mayhem, alongside the latest computer games, crafts and other activities. This fun room was originally opened in 2011.

Kids too ill to leave their beds wont miss this out, they still can join in the fun via the daily Captain Starlight shows broadcast to their bedside TVs. Captain Starlight also can visit children who have to stay in their hospital bed.

Not only for patient in WCH, the Starlight Express Room is a welcome retreat for brothers and sisters wanting to escape the tedium of waiting around in hospital corridors, and also for parents or carers.

Starlight Express Room Opening Hours is from Monday to Friday, from 10:00am to 4:00pm.
