Almost every morning before work, I stop in at Starbucks and grab a coffee. I'm not a fan of hot coffee, I'm always ordering frappuccinos or iced coffee, and I'm always varying which flavours and strengths of coffee I buy. I'm the type of person who needs variety, in case you couldn't tell.
The other day I bought a venti (the largest size) mocha frappuccino with cream. I didn't vouch for the extra shot of coffee this time, but just went for the amount that's usually in it. As usual, it really hit the spot. Sure, some may not go for the cream, especially if you're watching your calorie intake, but even without the cream I'd say this frappuccino is the bomb.
It has just the right balance of coffee and chocolate, is cold, creamy and sweet. For me, the coffee and chocolate lover that I am, the venti size usually doesn't seem big enough. Seriously. There are many flavoured frappuccinos to chose from, and you can add extra coffee, java chips, chocolate powder, cream and caramel syrup, if you want to further indulge.
Starbucks also offers flavoured teas, green tea, iced beverages, coffee and espresso as well as savoury delights, bakery food, sandwiches, fruit salad and cakes. You can buy your goodies to take away or you can sit down on the comfy oversized armchairs and listen to soothing music whilst consuming the Starbucks goodness.
My venti mocha frappuccino cost me approximately $8.00 and for a huge indulgent coffee, I say that's not too bad.
