Star Wars fans, this three-day festival in celebration of Star Wars Day is for you!
This three-day extravaganza Star Wars Day: May The 4th Be With You Festival will be held at Gardens by the Bay from May 4th to 6th to mark the 40th anniversary of Star Wars: A New Hope. This festival is the first large-scale event celebrating Star Wars Day in Singapore.
The festival will be filled with themed activities, character appearances and a never-before experience that transports visitors to a galaxy far, far away.

Highlights of the festival: 1. Multi-sensory Star Wars Light and Music Showcase Come and witness the Marina Bay skyline resemble Jedi and Sith warriors' lightsabers. This will be Southeast Asia's largest lightsaber activation where the iconic Supertree will be transformed into Sabertree for the first time from 8pm to midnight throughout the festival.
Garden Rhapsody: Star Wars Edition, a dazzling 15-minutes Star Wars soundtracks and light compositions, will be scheduled at 7.45pm, 8.45pm and 9.45pm daily.
Invite your friends and hit the dance floor at Silent Disco on May 5th and 6th from 9pm to 11pm. This is the first time ever Silent Disco Asia held Star Wars-themed party.
2. Star Wars Character Appearances Chewbacca, a hero from Rebellion and Kylo Ren, the dark warrior from the First Order, will make their first ever appearance in Southeast Asia. Get a chance to have your photos taken with either one of the characters.

Die-hard fans will show supports by decking out in their own custom-made costumes such as the 501st legion, Rebel Legion and FightSaber. Come and celebrate the villains and heroes of the Star Wars saga.

3. STAR WARS RUN Singapore 2017
The inaugural Star Wars Run on May 6th at The Meadow at Gardens by the Bay is now sold out! Keep an eye for Chewbacca and Kylo Ren as both of them will be flagging-off the Star Wars Run. Marina Bay sky will be lighted up by pyrotechnics at the flag off.
Each zone of both the Dark and Light side routes will come alive with light projections, music as well as photo opportunities with Star Wars themed surprises.
After the run ends, the party will continue in the race village with Star Wars themed activities, interactions, food and beverages, and an outdoor movie screening of Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Special access to the exclusive meet and greet zones at The Meadow for photo opportunities with Chewbacca and Kylo Ren are only reserved for runners with bibs.
4. Star Wars AT-ST Walker
The iconic All-Terrain Scout Transport (AT-ST) was first introduced in Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back. Fans can get up close with the towering replica at the Supertree Grove. For the best view, hop on a lift to transport you up to the OCBC Skyway.
