Completed in just under two weeks, the newly painted artwork on Stansbury's water tower celebrates the distinctive coastline adjacent to the township. Oyster Bay is home to oyster farms producing the commonly known Pacific Oyster. Other notable fauna such as the iconic blue swimmer crab, pelican and dolphin also feature prominently in the design.

Artists Mike Makatron and Conrad Bizjak used a mixture of spray gun and hand painting to create this beautiful representation of the town's natural landscape which includes the Stansbury Jetty and Norfolk Island Pines. They have turned the ideas and inspiration of the community into a real concept with their work of art.

Stansbury water tower can be found along Brentwood Road just off Saint Vincent Highway. The painting of the water tower was funded through Regional Tourism Bushfire Recovery Grant. It is hoped that the artwork will assist in the region's economic recovery.
