Challenge yourself with 6,300 steps
Does climbing 6,000 stairs sound like a challenge to you? This is the ultimate stair climbing course within Adelaide Oval. On Sunday the 9th of July 2017, you have the opportunity to challenge yourself and conquer 6,000 stairs.

Stadium Stomp Adelaide Oval is open to anyone aged 12 years old or over. It is not a timed event and all fitness levels are welcome to participate. You do it at your own pace. Just take a seat when you need a rest. There will be drink stations and music to help you keep climbing.

The full course comprises approximately 6,300 steps with one lap of the top level and one lap of the ground level. It takes between 40 and 90 minutes to complete depending on your level of fitness.

Registrations can be made via their website. In order for every step to count, you are encouraged to raise funds for your preferred charity either individually or as a team.
