For the Irish and Irish at heart
Around the globe as the Irish everywhere celebrate March 17th as St Patrick's Day, and if you're in Melbourne and Irish (or Irish at heart) P.J. O'Brien's Irish Pub at Southgate will have a huge day of entertainment lined up to celebrate.
Celebrate all things Irish on St Patrick's Day at P.J. O'Brien's.
Kick off the day with a full Irish breakfast starting from 8am - 11am (you'll need it!) from there, it's a full day of celebrating everything Irish with an impressive lineup of Irish bands and musicians including The Bad Penguins, The Coogans, Gallie and Marty Kelly.
Irish dancing will kick off at 9:30am and live music will be on all day and special appearances from Guinness Pint Man will be happening all day as well.
Lunch is served from 11am - 3pm including all the favourites such as beef & Guinness pie, Irish stew, traditional Irish spiced beef sandwich, Irish pork sausage and other traditional dishes. You'll also have the option of bar snacks from 4pm until midnight.
With a team of Irish staff (both bar and kitchen) you're certain to be enjoying some true Irish food and drink as you celebrate the luck of the Irish.
P.J.O'Brien's head bartender Cian O'Neill's signature Irish cocktails, including the Double Black Martini with Guinness and Espresso, the Black-Currant Velvet, merging the Irish and expat Guinness-variegated drinks, and The Sour Irishman will all be on the menu.
Breakfast bookings are strongly suggested. For bookings and a full program of entertainment visit www.pjobriens.com.au
