Your favourite burger now accross Melbourne
Fans of Grosvenor Hotel's bottleshop drive through's St Kilda Burger Bar (STKBB) are now able to nab their favourite burger at a variety of locations around the city with the launch of the STKBB food truck!
Your fave burger joint, St Kilda Burger Bar, is hitting the road!
They've been made popular with their dedication to creating burgers from 100 per cent certified Victorian grass fed Angus beef, the Burger Bar on wheels, will be pulling away from it's everyday home in the drive through of St Kilda's Grosvenor Hotel and hit the streets at festivals and outdoor events all over.
St Kilda Burger Bar has quickly become a local favourite with it's quirky location at the drive through bottle shop of the Grosvenor Hotel.
The menu will include a selection of STKBB's faves including the signature Grosvenor burger (beef, streaky bacon, shed sauce, cheese, lettuce, tomato and pickles) and the Mr Fun Guy (roasted Portobello mushroom, rocket, gruyere cheese, herb mayo) as well as beer battered chips and the quirky ice cream sandwiches (such as the PB&J and Turkish Delight) they keep the crowds coming back to their home turf.
The burger truck will include the very same delicious burgers you can nab at the original burger bar.
The menu has been created by head chef Paul Tyas with a major focus on sustainability and the best part (besides the tasty food) is that almost all of the packaging is recyclable.
The burger truck is the latest bright idea of the Grosvenor Hotel which opened both a drive through bottle shop as well as a boutique grocery underneath the pub next to where the original St Kilda Burger Bar is located.
Follow the the burger truck via its social media channels to find out where you can grab your favourite burger at an upcoming event or festival.
