St Just Cafe is located at 5 Commercial Street, Burra, about an hour and a half drive from Adelaide. It is a quaint store, with a wing that offers trinkets and souvenirs as well as a dedicated food area. Outdoor seating is also available and a third wing offers a couple of comfy lounges indoors and quiet tables for romantic rendevous.

The cafe is open 7 days a week, from 8.30am to 4.00pm, and is one of your best options for lunch while on a country drive. Menu items range from breakfast specifics like eggs, toast and muesli, to lunch specials, including soup, sandwiches, baguettes, wraps and focaccia.



Prices range from $6.50 for a sandwich to $15.00 for homemade lasagne with a side salad. Pies, pasties and sausage rolls are also available. Tea and coffee can be combined with cake as I saw a selection of mouthwatering sweets in the glass display.



The historic building was established in 1882, and has seen several reincarnations, including that of "Drews and Crews General Merchants and Universal Providers". (See website: www.stjustcafe.com)
