This will be held at the St Ives Showground and amongst other things, there will be an amazing recreation of daily life in Medieval Europe.

With over 350 people re-enacting this event, they will come from all over the country to ensure you have a fascinating experience travelling back in time!

At this exciting medieval event, you will see:

The Medieval Villages are a walk through past centuries, from the mysterious Dark Ages to the Middle Ages.

Each of these villages has been carefully reconstructed from historical manuscripts, and illustrations so that they will be a fun and authentic experience.

In times gone by, the Trebuchet (which is a type of large catapult) could hurl huge chunks of masonry hundreds of feet.

The Juvenis of Accendo Sarcolagos are a reenactment group who will be giving demonstrations and explanations right through the Faire.

The Round Table is an early form of tournament. It symbolises the legendary round table of King Arthur, in which Knights compete in single combat and mass skirmishes. They risk their lives for the honour of being seated with the King.
