Located in Ingle Farm Shopping Centre, the Ingle Farm branch of not only offered baked goods but also a good range of cafe-style food as well. It is popular with the locals, attracting a crowd of a good size when we visited.

Their Warm Chicken Salad had a generous amount of chicken. The dressing used for the salad gave it a delectable tangy taste and ensured it was not too dry. Cucumbers and tomatoes were among the vegetables added to the salad for additional texture and flavour.

We liked that the scrambled eggs we chose for the Big Breakfast were light and fluffy, and the bacon and sausage were cooked just right. The hash brown had the fluffy texture we expected and the mushrooms complemented the bacon and sausage nicely. Completing the dish were a grilled tomato and spinach for freshness and slices of toast spread with a bit of butter.

When we dined there, we were able to have the Chicken Schnitzel divided into portions suitable for single servings. The schnitzel had a lovely crisp crumb that set off the flesh nicely, and the chips were fried golden brown and seasoned with the right amount of salt. The accompanying salad was dressed with a vinaigrette dressing to give a hint of tangy flavour. For those who want to add more flavour, the accompanying gravy can be poured over the schnitzel before eating it.

The bacon in the Breakfast Bun was done as well as that in their Big Breakfast, and the fried egg was not overcooked. The bun that the ingredients were served within was toasted slightly to give it a bit of firmness. As the cafe had run out of hash brown during our visit, we had a bit of extra bacon.

A good choice for those wanting something light and simple, their Hot Dog had sausage that had a delectable smoky taste and was cooked sufficiently to give it a nice golden-brown colour. The tomato sauce and mustard partnered nicely with it and fried onions tied everything together. Like the Breakfast Bun, the bun containing the sausage was also toasted slightly.

Seating for the cafe is in an area close to it. Its location makes it convenient for visitors to Ingle Farm Shopping Centre to have a meal before or after they are done shopping.
