I love going out for breakfast and love trying out new places. I especially love finding a place that hits the spot. I found such a place today when I asked my mum and dad to join me for breakfast.

We discovered tucked away in Daisy Hill in the Logan area. Boasting speciality coffee and an all day breakfast, we thought - what else do you want?

is run and owned by 2 local girls in a local shopping area in Daisy Hill. We were greeted by a busy bustling cafe with an open and friendly atmosphere. Dogs are welcome and they have an item on the menu especially for your furry friends - Hugos Ice Creamery ice cream.

After being seated we perused the menu, which offered quite an interesting selection of breakfast options, including fresh pastries, vegan options, raw treats and GF options. They also serve lunch and alcoholic beverages after 11.30am. You place your order at the counter. Even though it was busy, we didn't wait very long for our coffees and meals to arrive.

Both my mum and dad ordered the Breaky Burger, which was a house made patty, streaky bacon, fried egg, melted cheese, caramelised onion and truffle aioli on a brioche roll ($16).

I couldn't pass by the Avo Toast which was half avocado, housemade fermented cabbage and fennel salad, beetroot paste, served on garlic toasted rye with herb vegan keshia cheese ($16)

We finished our breakfast contented and happy with our find. It is good to support local and I hope that these homegrown cafes are supported well and stay around delivering quality dishes for a long time to come.

This place is definitely a place to revisit.
