To celebrate the revered truffle, St Ali and Madame Truffles is co-hosting a Truffle Cocktail featuring Rodney Dunn from The Agrarian Kitchen. Rodney is a former chef and magazine food editor who apprenticed in Tetsuya's restaurant kitchen. The event also supports the launch of Rodney's new book, "The Truffle Cookbook".
You can enjoy an evening of truffle tasting dishes drawn from his book such as truffle custard brioche doughnuts, truffle mac and cheese and potato croquettes with truffle butter.
