You might have read about Sprout Cooking before, or perhaps you've actually been to one of their classes or demonstrations. Well, Sprout have a new initiative that combines all of their talents. The Sprout Lifestyle Sessions are about more than just teaching you how to cook, they're kickstarting a new healthy living lifestyle.

Sprout is made up of former Masterchef runner-up Callum Hann and dietician Themis Chryssidis. Generally their regular cooking courses focus on changing the way you think about food, by showing that healthy food can be quicker, easier, and tastier than un-healthy options. The Sprout Lifestyle sessions take this a step further, and give Themis a bit more of the spotlight, adding in more ways for you to add exercise and good health into your daily life.

The Lifestyle sessions start of with a tour and demo in the iconic Adelaide Central Markets . You'll learn where good meals start, with good quality ingredients. Find out how to pick the best ingredients, and where you can get them. The Central Markets are the heart of Adelaide's fresh produce, so it is a very fitting setting. Once you've finished with the tour you'll also be treated to a cooking demo, set amongst the sights, smells, and sounds of the Central Markets.

The following day you'll be treated to a group exercise and health seminar, where Themis will share all his knowledge on healthy eating, exercise, and maintaining a healthy diet. While these issues are touched on briefly in other Sprout classes, the seminars will give attendees the skills they need to turn their exercise habits around. It is a real benefit for anyone who is looking to get a better hold on their health.

You'll really get into the cooking with an interactive cooking class that will take the form of many of Sprout's regular classes, but this time it will take place in the Central Markets. You can make the most of the cooking classes regardless of your skills, there are easy to follow recipes and you'll have the helping hand of Callum and Themis who both come up with plenty of tips and tricks. This class is then followed by another exercise and health seminar to make sure you leave the sessions in the best possible condition.

Themis and Callum try to make everything about Sprout fun, which makes taking on their approach to healthy eating and living that much easier. There Sessions run from the 26th of November till the 4th of December, and places are limited so book soon to make sure you get a space. You'll pay $260 to take part, or $250 if you book with a friend.

You can book for the on their website .
