Former Masterchef contestant and series 2 runner up Callum Hann is holding Adelaide cooking classes, to improve eating habits and ignite a passion for cooking. Hann was spending his post-Masterchef time on a scholarship with Masterchef judge George Calombaris, now he's back in Adelaide and along with dietician Themis Chryssidis will be changing the way you cook.
They're called Sprout and they've tailor-made a range of classes to target different dietary and lifestyle requirements. Choosing a course really depends on what you're needs are. From general needs like cooking on a budget or working around busy work schedules to specific concerns such as diabetes and coeliacs disease Sprout have tried to design classes that will benefit everyone in some way.
Each class is held by both Callum and Themis, they take you through a fun interactive cooking lesson, as well as having discussions about nutrition and healthy eating. There will also be a chance for people attending to sit down with Callum and Themis and discuss any questions they might have. Don't worry, there aren't going to be any Masterchef style competitions or eliminations, Sprout cooking classes promise to be an intimidation free environment where you can have fun regardless of your cooking prowess. At the end of each class you can sit down with Callum and Themis and a glass of wine and enjoy your meal.
