The Soda Factory is opening early for lunch from 1pm. They'll be screening the race live and selling super-special Melbourne Cup themed Gourmet Hot Dogs; choose from Phar Lap, Waterhouse's Wiener, The Makybe Diva Dog and The Three Legged Snag.

House band The Syphons are performing live after the race.
