Why not discover your own backyard as the weather gets warmer and take a walk along the coastal trail, the Truganina coastal parklands, Cherry Lake or Newport Lakes. The calendar of events has so many choices each day from Hatha yoga, badminton, Zumba, Aikido arts, dance classes, Pilates, heritage walking tours, table tennis, men's active programs, and a whole lot more to get you cracking on to better health. There are also suggested websites that have short instructional videos if you prefer to exercise at home at your own pace. However, joining a class, getting out and making new friends, or catching up with old ones, sounds like a plan.
