Spring has sprung - get amongst the fun
Spring into gardening this Spring at the City of Stonnington's Annual Spring Into Gardening Festival. This much loved annual event will be held on Sunday 13 October 2019 from 11:00am to 3:00pm in the beautiful Victoria Gardens.



Up on the main stage, garden lovers are in for a treat with presentations from a range of garden gurus, including:

Most Popular Presenter' Logie winner Costa Georgiadis from ABC's Gardening Australia
Organic gardener Penny Woodward
MasterChef contestant Sara Oteri, presenting steps to reduce food waste and save money
Jim Fogarty discussing climate change and using our unique native flora

There will be plenty of stalls at the festival showcasing everything from backyard beekeeping with the Backyard Honey Beekeepers, worm farming with the Wormlovers, Living with less plastic with Zero Waste Victoria to making beeswax wraps and so much more.



For the kids, there will be plenty of activities to keep them busy including:

Toys, puzzles and games
Making flower crowns
Native bee hotel workshop

Don't miss the fun Bike n' Blend, where using peddle power you get to make up your own special smoothie.



There will also be live music and various food and drink stalls on the day, or bring along a picnic and enjoy the day under a shady tree. So spring to this festival and be inspired to create magic in your own garden.
