This Spring, Henry and The Fox, Bohemian Bar and Restaurant, BangPop and Akachochin are hosting an exciting range of exclusive dining events, which celebrate the best of local, seasonal produce.

  • 23rd September 2017, 6-9pm

    Champagne & Rose Garden Party presented by Henry and The Fox

    Join Henry & The Fox for a Champagne & Rosť garden party! Guests will be greeted with a glass of Rosť, charcuterie and cheese on arrival and will have the chance to mingle in a French-inspired garden before the Rosť Masterclass starts.

    The workshop will be presented by wine specialist Kane Clayton from Robert Oatley Wines with a special guest appearance from Piper-Heidsieck ambassador Samuel Le Douarino to showcase the Piper-Heidsieck Rosť Sauvage. As an extra little treat, Samuel will wrap up the masterclass with a cocktail demonstration using Piper-Heidsieck Rosť Sauvage.

    Guests will then be invited to enjoy their Piper-Heidsiek Champagne during a spring seafood bouillabaisse cooking demonstration with chefs, The seafood spring bouillabaisse will then be served with a delicious Bordeaux rosť from Chateau De Sours to match. The experience will finish on a sweet note with petit fours and coffee.

    Vegan Thai Dinner presented by BangPop

    BangPop their 4th 6 course Vegan Thai Dinner; a delicious dining experience that will satisfy the consciously-minded and the curious.

    Offering clean, gluten free, plant based layers of flavour in all six dishes, guests can look forward to dishes Thai corn patties, spicy Portobello, and green curry with the choice of matched natural vegan wines specially selected to complement these freshly inspired dishes.

    Taste of South America Wine Dinner presented by Bohemian Bar and Restaurant

    Bohemian invites you on a culinary journey through South America. Enjoy a 5-course degustation featuring South American inspired dishes crafted by head chef Gerard Rodriquez.

    His dishes will pay homage the culinary delights and traditions of South America matched with incredible wines from Uruguay, Argentina and Chile to complement each course.

    Lucia Caldna from Untapped Wines will also present and discuss the wines and regions alongside head sommelier Gavin Wraith.

    The Lane Vineyard Wine Dinner presented by Akachochin

    Join us in an intimate Izakaya style setting for an exclusive 5 course degustation
    with the Lane Vineyard, hosted by Ben Tolstoshev.

    Akachochin's Head Chef Uein Hayashi Lee has developed an elegant 5-course menu of ​modern Japanese flavours heroing ingredients from all around Australia like ​Spencer Gulf Hiramasa Kingfish that are complimented by The Lane Vineyard wine matchings

    Giant Steps Wine Dinner with Steve Flamsteed presented by Bohemian Wine Bar

    Enjoy a delicious four-course dinner with special guest Steve Flamsteed, winemaker at Giant Steps Winery and Gourmet Traveller Australian Wine Winemaker of the Year 2016.

    During the evening guests will be treated to a delicious four-course meal prepared by Head Chef, Gerard Curto. Showcasing local produce, each course will be perfectly matched with wines from Giant Steps Wines, including a selection of single vineyard wines, demonstrating the diversity of Yarra Valley Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

  • Archie Rose Gin Spring Dinner presented by Bohemian Wine Bar

    Bohemian head chef Gerard Curto showcases the best of Spring produce matched to gins from the acclaimed Sydney distillery, Archie Rose Distilling Co.

    You'll sip and savour gins including the limited edition Horisumi-Spring, a collaboration with tattoo artist Horisumi, as well as the award-winning Archie Rose Distiller's Strength Gin and Signature Dry Gin. A special Bohemian blend has been created for the evening as well as two spring gin inspired cocktails created by head sommelier and former UK cocktail champion, Gavin Wraith.
