Spring Time Classics
Willunga Chamber Orchestra has changed its name to South Coast Chamber Orchestra. This is to better reflect the diverse background of their membership from all over the Fleurieu peninsula. Their first concert in July under their new name, in the glorious Fleurieu township of Goolwa was a big success. They are now rehearsing a Spring program to be performed at Victor Harbor.

South Coast Chamber Orchestra will perform their Spring program at Newland Church, Victoria Street, Victor Harbor on September 20th at 2.30pm for their second solo concert under their new name. The Spring concert has works by Berlioz, J.S. Bach, R. Myer, Albinoni, and M. Maclean. Guest Artist, Organist Dorothy Rowe will perform.
This is their last charity concert for 2015, so don't miss out. Adults $10, Cons $7.50, Under 12 free – tickets and program at the door. Proceeds to Southern Fleurieu Cancer Support Group. This community orchestra has a warm and friendly following which travels across the Fleurieu. Lovers of classical music will be sure to have this on their calendar.
