Men's Mental Health Awareness and Charity Lunch
It is a known fact that men, on an average, live five years less than women and that men are least likely to talk about their problems than their gender opposites. However, through seminars and media focus, this will hopefully change.
On Friday 29th June 2018 at the Jindalee Hotel's Grand Ballroom, guest speakers will be presenting their experience and knowledge to raise awareness of men's mental health issues at the Sportsman's Charity Lunch. The event will include a 2-course meal and two-hour drink package for $110.00 per person or $1,000 for a table of ten. Lunch will commence at 12:30pm and conclude 3.30pm. A charity auction will incorporate pieces of memorabilia of which proceeds will go to Headspace Inala, Black Dog Institute and Outside the Locker Room Charities.

First class speakers for the event are Mr Queenslander Bill Moore, Queensland Origin Captain Trevor Gilmeister and Clinical Psychologist Mr Rod Bambury. Even our sports heroes can encounter situations in life that can lead to further mental health issues.
Bookings for the event can be by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone Natalie Stagg, Functions Manager on 07 3710 5825. Bookings online will include a fee.
