While all this is going on you will need some sustenance so join the FREE Sausage Sizzle line and tomato sauce it up. But there will be a variety of food stalls, so leave room for another snack and drink.

Then after you have ensured your tumm tumm has settled for at least 20 minutes (no swimming until digestion is complete) you can hit the pool from 11 am to 2 pm as you enjoy FREE entry to Noble Park Aquatic Centre (NPAC). So don't forget to pack your toggs. Some of them are so small these days, they fit in your pockets anyway.

In between all that there are also sports and interactive games, recreational activities, kids area, dance performances and market stalls. Everywhere you turn, fun will be found for the whole family.

This is all done in conjunction with the City of Greater Dandenong, NPAC, and Youth Services to give you some great ideas to make fitness fun and gives you ideas on how to make a lifetime commitment to eating and living a healthy active life.

So come give it a go and make this Sunday your FUNday. Your longer life will thank you.
